KING'S LYNN FESTIVAL CHORUS
WELCOMES.......

King's Lynn Festival Chorus take
great pleasure in welcoming BEN
HORDEN as their new
Accompanist. He was successful
in the auditions in which 5
candidates were shortlisted.
He replaces Chris Brown who
becomes Head of Music at
Chipping Norton School in
Oxfordshire.
Ben is an aspiring artist
pursuing a diverse career as an
organist and choral conductor.
Church music shaped much of his
early career and he has held a
number of church and cathedral
positions. He often collaborates
with singers, instrumentalists and ensembles as accompanist, continuo
player and conductor.
As a solo artist, Ben has given recitals on some of England's finest
organs. Forthcoming highlights include York Early Music Festival,
London Handel Festival, Sainte-Radegonde, Poitiers, and La
Madeleine, Paris.
A spokesman of the Festival Chorus said, 'We are really looking
forward to our exciting 41st season, this time with Ben at the piano. A
highlight is the visit of the internationally acclaimed group STILE
ANTICO who are also conducting a workshop with the Chorus'.
