Local women’s running club the Hunstanton Hunny Bees are helping to organise this beginners course for women to take up running in an all-women environment

'Fun, fitness and friendship’ is the ethos behind the course. You will start off very slowly with walking and jogging and then things progress gradually to build up your run capability. You need not worry; no one ever gets left behind or runs on their own and you will be surprised and delighted at your progress.

• Venue: Meet by the Crazy Golf Pavilion in the Heritage Gardens (PE36 6DZ)
• Date: A six-week course on Thursdays starting 6 July 2023
• Time: 6:30-7:30pm
• Age: For women of all ages 16+
• Cost: £12 course fee
