Massingham ‘A’ snooker club have won the Hunstanton Snooker League title for the first time in their history.
Ten teams participate in this popular league with the season ending Presentation evening held on Tuesday, 23rd April, well attended by over 50 players and supporters.
The final tournament of the season was also exhibited with the top two players from each team competing in a team doubles knockout. It proved to be a fitting climax to the season as the final frame went down to the wire with a black ball finish, Daniel Coggins managing to sink the all important pressure shot ball in front a vociferous crowd to claim the title for Conservative Club 'C'.
