An opportunity to explore the art of tai chi and chi kung in relaxed surroundings with the backdrop of the sea.

Suitable for all, young and old. Easy to learn exercises.

10am to 11am: Gentle standing Chi Kung & Tai Chi
11am to 12pm: Seated Chi Kung

Free event.

Donations will be appreciated for the local RNLI Hunstanton.
