Charity Sea Dip in Hunstanton to
support older people
n Friday 7th March, to mark International Women’s Day,
Wendy Knight, House Manager of Elm Tree Court in
OHuntingdon and Gwen Tack House Manager of Cranberry
Court in Peterborough, both McCarthy Stone retirement developments,
organised a fundraising event in Hunstanton.
Twenty-two McCarthy Stone employees, from all over the country,
took the plunge, cheered on by their colleagues many of whom turned
out in fancy dress, and one brave lady in nothing but a swimsuit,
extremely brave as the sea only got up to 6°.
