       EVER WONDERED WHAT MAKES
       YOGA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER

       EXERCISE CLASSES?
       Val Rybak

Yoga is a timeless holistic tradition that brings peace and tranquillity
into your life. Regular practice can help you to tone your body, make
you more flexible, increase your strength, help your balance and teach
you ways to relax. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body through physical
postures and helps to calm the mind through breathing, relaxation and
       meditation.
I qualified with the Yoga for Health Foundation in 2004 and gained
my Remedial Teaching Certificate in 2006. I have been teaching since
2004 and currently have a class at Redgate Junior School on Monday
       evenings at 7-8.30pm.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced student I invite you
to join me and experience for yourself that inner peace. I have a new
morning class commencing on Thursday 3 May 10-11.30 at the Scout
       HQ, York Avenue, Hunstanton.
