ROUNCE & EVANS ARE
COMING TO KINGS LYNN!
Rounce & Evans Property Management are delighted to announce we are
moving our Block Management Department to the brand new Kings Lynn
Innovation Centre (KLIC) located in the Nar Ouse Regeneration Area.
Not only will this give our Block Management department a dedicated
work space, it will mean we are better placed to service the needs of our
clients in Kings Lynn, Downham, Wisbech and further afield.
We will also be working alongside some of the areas most dynamic
businesses.
With ample parking, large open spaces, The KLIC building also has
high specification, dedicated meeting rooms so no more squeezing into the
back room of a pub for AGMs (not that we all mind that!).
Our Block Management Department has continued to go from strength
to strength as we are the only ARMA (Association of Residential
Managing Agents) registered Agent in Kings Lynn and West Norfolk. We
now manage some 450 leasehold units ranging from small 5 unit buildings
to 50 unit developments.
As one of the areas leading Block Management specialists, we are able
to tailor our services to the needs and demands of each and every client. As
well as full block management services, we are able to offer Company
Secretary services for blocks and developments.
To celebrate the opening of the new KLIC building and the launch of
our new dedicated Block Management Department, we are waiving any
set up costs for any block or development who engages our services within
next 6 months.
So if you live in a development or block and you are either unhappy
with the current management, no longer want to self manage or just want to
see if you can reduce your annual service charge then we would be delight-
ed to hear from you for a free, no obligation conversation. Why not visit us
at our new office at: Kings Lynn Innovation Centre, Innovation Drive,
King’s Lynn PE30 5BY. Our telephone number remains the same: 01485
544740.
Please note: Our residential lettings side of the business will not change
and you will continue to receive the same high standard of service from our
Dersingham, Hunstanton and Romford offices.
Dialect
As a relatively new Hunstanton resident, is fascinated listening to the local
people's dialect, a phone call from someone could be this:
"Hello Dave, thass Liz, The cooch to Croomer leave the poost offuss
every arr on the arr. Bring a coot in case that rain""
Translation: "Hello Dave this is Liz, The coach to Cromer leaves the
post office every hour, on the hour. Bring a coat in case it rains"
It is sad that all over the country local dialects are being replaced by a
kind of Estuary English, particularly by the young.
Even in places like Sheffield few say "thee and tha" any more;
I suppose this is progress?
