Welcome to the July edition. There’s lots to read and I hope you will

The Queen’s Birthday Honours list was very special this year, not
just because Her Majesty was 90, but also because two Hunstanton res-
idents were recipients. John Crisford was, until recently, the National
Chairman of the Royal British Legion and his CBE was awarded for
voluntary service to Ex-Servicemen and Women. Many readers will
recognise David Foulkes who is on the cover this month. I took the
photo as he started his latest fundraising challenge just a few hours
after finding out that he had been awarded the British Empire Medal.
John’s and David’s stories are on page 6.
Living in Norfolk is great (I don’t need to sell it to you) even the
