Sheepfield Community Housing project
he Sheepfield Community Housing
project in Hunstanton is being
Tdeveloped by the Borough Council of
King’s Lynn & West Norfolk as an innovative
affordable housing project to help local people
onto the housing ladder. The development will
include homes available for Shared
Ownership, Shared Equity, Rent to Buy and
Affordable Rent. The borough council held a
consultation event previously, and has made
changes to the proposed development, based
on the feedback from this consultation.
The Borough Council, with Hunstanton
Town Council, West Norfolk Housing
Company and Victory Housing, will be
holding an event to share more information
about the proposed development. Details of
the low cost home ownership options being
offered along with a further indicative site
layout and detailed floorplans of the proposed
homes will be available to view. This will be
held at Hunstanton Town Hall on 31 January
2019 from 2pm until 8pm.
