Friends reunite & share slimming delight!

Carol Smith, Stephanie Walford & Miranda Bilbey are all members at Jo

Jackson’s Slimming World Group in Hunstanton. They all went to
Smithdon High School together but as often happens they each went their live
separate ways and lost touch.
During the years since leaving school Carol got married and had two

joining Slimming World in June 2014 she was determined to be a healthy happy
gorgeous children Logan & Aurora and they were her inspiration for
fit mother to her children. Carol is very much a yummy mummy now
dropping from a size 24 to a svelte size 12 having lost an inspiring 6stone
4.5lbs. She says: “I couldn’t let my children watch their mother get any
bigger. I was so unfit I never thought I would lose enough weight but with
the help of Jo and the group I reached my target in June exactly one year
after joining Slimming world. I can now run about with my children and
share in all the joys of being a mummy and I love my life.”

has often shared with the group that she was thrilled
to have lost the weight and saved her life but she is
equally thrilled that it has given her the chance to
be reunited with her old school friends.
In October 2014 Miranda Bilbey plucked up the
courage to go along to the group as she knew she
needed help to lose weight. Miranda’s reason for
seeking out that help was to reduce her BMI to
enable her to have the IVF treatment she so Miranda before and after
