       Week 1 = 16 - 20 February:
       24  hour  road  closure.    As  it  is  necessary  to  excavate  the
       carriageway,  remove  the  existing  pedestrian  refuge  and  leave

       Week 2 and 3 = 23 February – 6 March:
       Road closure between 09:00 and 16:00 – At other times traffic
       lights will be used during peak times taking traffic through the
       centre of the carriageway.
       Week 4, 5 and 6 = 9 - 27 March:
       Road closure for surfacing and footway works.  Due to the size of
       plant required for the surfacing works and the requirement of a
       temporary pedestrian footway during the footway works, it is not
       safe to open the road using traffic lights during peak times to allow
