A young artist will be selling his T shirts and bags at Old Hunstanton Flower Festival
Over 1500 miles away from their war-torn home a young Ukrainian family now living in Hunstanton are on a mission to raise awareness of the Ukraine’s plight and to raise vital funds for medical supplies.
Fourteen-year-old Roman, who is attending Smithdon school, has been designing and producing T shirts and bags and he is having a stall at the popular Old Hunstanton Flower Festival next weekend (Friday 29th-Sunday 31st July) where he hopes to encourage visitors to part with their money.
The plan is to acquire a vehicle and drive to the Polish-Ukrainian border loaded with medical provisions for both civilians and the armed forces. Support from locals and visitors would be greatly appreciated.
Town and Around will be updating readers with their progress in the magazine and on-line.
