Norfolk property specialists Sowerbys announce the appointment of 5 new Directors
Ginny Studd becomes Group Finance Director and has been instrumental in Sowerbys growth over the last decade.
Will Lightfoot becomes Group Sales Director. His great strengths are communication and initiating great ideas and structure to our teams working day. All sales offices report directly to Will and under his stewardship Sowerbys will continue to excel at customer service.
Carly Grigglestone becomes Group Marketing Director. Carly supports the marketing team and strives to continually build on the fantastic brand reputation Sowerbys have whilst working alongside the new homes team to make our offering to developers the best in class.
Ed Tyman, who lives in Snettisham, becomes Group Operations and Lettings Director. Having overseen several acquisitions Ed has been pivotal in increasing Sowerbys managed units by 600% over the last 5 years. Ed also oversees all operations safeguarding the group and ensuring it runs in the most compliant way possible.
Finally Paul Newell becomes Local Director for Holt. After 10 years service in one of Sowerbys most successful branches Paul has been an innovator in his area. Paul continues to manage the Holt branch but will assist the rest of the group by sharing his knowledge and experience.

Lloyd continues ‘Last year allowed Max and I to review the structure of the senior management team, their work has been an incredible support to the group which has enabled our teams to work with clear minds knowing they have great support around them. ‘
