A Sunday afternoon musical event attracted over 60 guests.
Marie and Howard Jarvis Johnston opened their home on 9th February for the Hunstanton Branch of the Save the Children Fund.
Stars of the show were the ‘The Missing Coda’, pianists extrordinaire, Mathew Preston and Ben Howell, who introduced the audience to a wonderful young pianist, and a rising talent from Wells Academy, Iryna. The music was exhilarating, humorous and beautifully performed.

One of the guests, Mr Roger Dean, well known in Hunstanton and beyond was welcomed and he told the gathering how Ben’s early career began with Roger in his Johnny Cash tribute show.
Marie said: “Special thanks must go to everyone who helped prepare the house for the event; furniture had to be moved beforehand and then brought back in afterwards, quite an undertaking!
“All the chairs for the audience were borrowed from the Town Hall, so thanks also to the Mayor, Mike Ruston and the Town Council.”
A spokesperson for the Hunstanton Branch of Save the Children said: "We are pleased to let you know that due to the generosity of our supporters we were able to send over £1,300.00 to the Save the Children Fund.
"Please continue to support the Fund at our Carnival bottle stall, Autumn lunch at Old Hunstanton Golf Club, and Christmas Tree Festival plus other events throughout the year.
"Also, please look out for details of our next musical event in 2026!"
