New Performing Arts School opens in Ingoldisthorpe
Daisy and Lily Frammingham opened Elevate Performing Arts on 14th June with fully-booked private lessons ahead of a timetable of dance classes that begin on 21st June at Ingoldisthorpe Church Hall.
First in line was Amelia King who said: “I’d never danced before but always wanted to, so I was very excited to start and my first lesson was fabulous - I’ll be back next week!”

Daisy (20) and Lily (18) completed their teaching qualifications at the Norfolk Institute of Performing Arts and they are offering lessons in tap, ballet, modern, street, theatre craft, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, musical theatre, acro and fitness.
Daisy said: We want to create a family atmosphere where everyone is welcome and they can share our love of dance, and as well as offering group classes for anyone aged 2+ in all the dance disciplines, private lessons can be booked and we also offer one-to-one sessions for special needs children.
“We follow the IDTA examination syllabus, so students can complete their grades which are recognised by the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual).”
For mature students, adult and senior classes for men and women are available.
Lily added: “Competitions are very good for students, they help with confidence and help them build on their performance skills; we both started competing at an early age and we’ll be encouraging our students to participate.”
