Saturday July 26th was also the week that parkrun linked up with '5k Your Way - Move Against Cancer' group, which is for anyone living with or beyond cancer, their family, friends, and health professionals. If you know anyone who might be interested in walking some, or all of the 5k with this lovely friendly group, please let them know. Maybe just come along for cake and a natter with the group, you can be sure of a warm welcome. The flag will always be on display at the meeting point.
