The sports festival was held at Smithdon High School in Hunstanton.
“Every year the Sports Festival gets bigger and better,” says Jamie Tilley who's head of PE. Around 260 Year 3 and 4 children took part from neighbouring primaries, with the main aim to ‘learn new skills and have fun’.

Year 10 students plan, organise and host the event. Mr Tilley adds, "Myself and the PE Team just oversee - and observe the Sports Leaders shine. It has a positive impact on all those who participate.”

It's the seventh time the event's taken place, with everything from archery to tennis on offer. The pupils come from Snettisham, Heacham, Dersingham, Docking, Flitcham, Hunstanton, Sandringham and West Newton.

The school says this year outdid previous ones with ‘the engagement and enthusiasm of all involved’.
