Event organiser Mark Kacary from The Norfolk Deli said: "Following the first event on the 17th of March, we are hoping for a some brighter and dryer weather, but the support for our first attempt was truly magnificent with several traders selling out of stock well before the end of the day - they promise to be a little better prepared this time.

"We have taken onboard the feedback we received following the first event and are delighted to say that most traders who were with us in March will be back this time too.

"We have lost a few due to other commitments, for example Norwich Wine Week takes place at the same time meaning that Cobble Hill, Chet & Waveney & Burn Valley Vineyards will be missing, but in their place, we welcome Duration Brewery, The Mushroomery, Norfolk Pie Company, M & M Sweet Treat & Heather’s Kettlecorn.

"We are also introducing a small “Street Food” area where traders will be offering Burrito’s, Paella, Chinese and Ice cream.

"The success of the first event means more High Street businesses are expected to open, resulting in an even bigger range of breakfast options, which will be essential to boost the stamina needed to last the entire day.

"Independent business like The Norfolk Deli Café, The Terrace, Legges Café, Georgie’s Café, Becca’s Kitchen and the Copper Kettle, will all be open nice and early to serve visitors before the festival officially opens at 10am."
