Hunstanton RNLI and Scouts Group benefit from donations by Freemasons' Martin Folkes Lodge in Heacham
9 local charities have benefitted from more than 3 thousand pounds, that The Freemasons' Martin Folkes No 6622 Lodge has donated.
300 pounds has been given to the 1st Hunstanton Scouts Group, member Lesley Doherty says, "This will go towards some camping equipment, crafts and things that the kids do - anything that will help them get badges."
Andy Farr, adding, "To buy the equipment that helps them develop and become better young people."

The organisation's present 'Worshipful Master', Steven Chalmers, presented the cheques.
500 pounds has been given to East Anglian Air Ambulance, chosen after Mr Chalmers was air lifted to hospital after a cardiac arrest on the A47 at Wisbech 3 years ago.
"I just passed out, I'd had a cardiac arrest, they reckon I went past 130 miles per hour, because my foot hit the throttle. My wife, who was in the passenger seat, was steering the car at this time, she climbed over and got her foot on the break."
There were also donations given to Hunstanton RNLI, Norfolk Hospice Tapping House, Theresa's Tiny Treasures, Snettisham Sailing Club, Dersingham Day Centre and Little Discoverers.

The Magpie Centre in King's Lynn, which provides therapeutic horse riding to children and adults with physical or learning difficulties, also benefitted.
Jan Calvert says, "We're grateful for anything. This will go towards hay for the horses. Last summer wasn't a good year for growing it, so the price will go up, and when it's so wet and muddy like at the moment - when the grass isn't growing - they have to have more hay."
