Our next parish social event is the very popular Strawberry Tea, which, as usual, will be held at St Cecilia’s, Dersingham on Saturday 29th June. For further details please see the weekly church bulletins or the parish website. Our annual parish BBQ will be held on 24th August in the garden (weather permitting) at Hunstanton. More details and information about ticket sales will be available on our website and in the parish weekly bulletins.

The Pope’s prayer intention for July 24; For the pastoral care of the sick; we pray that the sacrament of the anointing of the sick confer to those who receive it and their loved ones the power of the Lord and become ever more a visible sign of compassion and hope for all.

We are currently working with other Christian churches in our area to be more involved with joint ecumenical and social events as part of “Churches Together”, starting with joint ‘Faith Meals’, a short time of prayer, followed by a lunch. The first being at the Union Church, Hunstanton on 21st June.

The Papal Nuncio to Great Britain, His Excellency Archbishop Miguel Maury Buendia, paida visit to our Diocese at a Mass celebrated at St John’s Cathedral on Thursday 13th June, all parishioners in the Diocese were invited.

We have regular Rosary prayer meetings at St Cecilia’s every Monday from 2pm. and

there is also a Mothers Prayers group which meet at 2.30pm Monday fortnightly at OLSE.

Sr Danuta is guiding a regular parish study/discussion group at the Convent every Tuesday,4.00-5.00pm, looking in more depth at the readings for the following Sundays. Anyone who is interested is welcome to come along to any of the meetings and take part.

The Sunday Masses are at 9am at Mountbatten Road, Dersingham, and 11am at OLSE Sandringham Road, Hunstanton. Daily Masses are at 10am at Hunstanton on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays and 10.15am at Dersingham on Wednesdays. Email:
