Patients will be seen in the purpose-built health care unit.

Providing care from the very start of pregnancy right through to transfer of care to the health visiting team when the baby is 10-28 days old, the QEH Community Maternity service is relocating to the King’s Lynn Health Hub on February 23rd.

Moving from their current base in the St Augustine’s Centre on Columbia Way the Maple and Poplar teams will be seeing all patients in this new purpose-built health care unit that is a spacious purpose-built healthcare base to see families, with dedicated clinic rooms and office space.

QEH Chief Nurse Pippa Street said this move to a new facility will give patients and staff access to purpose-built clinical space to allow our community-based Maple Midwifery Hub the space it needs to continue to provide a wide range of maternity services in a local setting.

The address for the hub is: King’s Lynn Health Hub, Cambridge Road, Off Nar Ouse Way, King’s Lynn, PE30 5FR and the hospital says there is ample free parking available at the Hub and the facility is easily accessible by public transport.
