Phoenix Crafters UK send boxes of warm clothing for Ukrainian children.
"I love knitting and I like to give back to the community and to others," says Jane Bull, a founding member of a group called Phoenix Crafters, who have just sent 5 boxes of warm clothes to the Mayor's Christmas gift appeal.
They are full of beautifully knitted jumpers, cardigans, scarves, hats, blankets - which will be going to children in Ukraine in desperate need of warm clothing.
"It was lovely to be able to put stuff in boxes that I knew was going to go to somewhere that really really needed it and where it will be used. A lot of it came from a local WI group, that didn't know where to send stuff, so they give it to me, and I send it where it's needed."

The online group, who has members across the UK, puts out an appeal each month for certain items.
"Everybody does it voluntarily," Jane tells me, "They buy their own wool. We started off supplying local hospitals - maternity units - and we've grown from that."

Hunstanton's mayor Cllr Cynthia Easeman contacted the group to see if they could help, "There are beautiful jumpers, hats, scarves, blankets - wonderful things. People can be very generous."
The gift appeal has been extended for another week, in the hope more people can give items.
Requested donations include:
• Toiletries and chocolates for local care home residents
• Toys for children
• Medical supplies for those supporting humanitarian efforts in Ukraine
• Warm clothing, toys, books, and learning materials for Ukrainian children
Items can be dropped off at Hunstanton Town Hall between 9 am & 2 pm until the 19th December.
