MP visits new Centre of Excellence in King’s Lynn

Huntsman Building Solutions (HBS), one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation, hosted North West Norfolk Member of Parliament, James Wild MP yesterday (17 Oct), in King’s Lynn. A great opportunity to share the exciting developments of the company that was formed in May this year, a combination of the Icynene-Lapolla and Demilec brands. The company focuses on meeting market demands for more energy-efficient products and serves a range of industries, including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural.
While at HBS, James Wild MP, enjoyed a site tour including a close look at the manufacturing facilities, laboratory testing equipment and witnessed the HBS Heatlok HFO Pro being sprayed in the state-of-the-art Centre of Excellence. Mr Wild discussed the energy saving and sustainability advantages of HBS spray foam insulation with its high values for thermal insulation as well as products containing recycled PET bottles.

I was impressed to get meet the talented team and get a close look at the local production facilities and the state-of-the-art training centre. This significant investment is a vote of confidence in West Norfolk from Huntsman and HBS to drive forward its products that will help cut emissions and create green jobs.”
