Housekeepers

We are looking for some new members to join our housekeeping team. As well as The Lodge you will be required to clean our 9 self catering properties when in use. An eye for detail and a can do attitude is required and full training will be provided.

Waiting & Bar Staff, Full & Part Time, Seasonal & Permanent;

We have several positions available for front of house staff. Main duties include serving customers, bar work, reception and day to day cleaning. Hours of work will vary but can include evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred although full training will be provided.

Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie required for an established, well known and popular food led hotel. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our experienced team of chefs in creating seasonal, all fresh food in a great environment. Our kitchen is well kitted out with the latest equipment to help you to create the best food possible for our guests.

Working approximately 50 hours/week with a mix or split and straight shifts you will have the opportunity to work each section of the kitchen. Experience in a similar role desirable but a good work ethic and reliability is a must. Competitive rates of pay.

Shift Manager

We are recruiting for a Shift/Duty Manager to join our team and assist in the smooth running of not only The Lodge Hotel but also Norfolk Coast Holiday Cottages, our portfolio of 9 luxury self-catering properties.

This is a hands-on position with duties including, the opening and closing of the hotel, managing the team, taking hotel, restaurant and self-catering reservations, cashing up and running shifts both alone and with another shift manager.You will join a stable and experienced team who manage quality and volume hand in hand on a daily basis. Ideally you should have experience in a similar role , although full training is given.

Housekeeper

We are seeking a hardworking, honest and reliable person with good attention to detail to join our housekeeping team. This position includes ground floor and bedroom cleaning, making beds, dusting and vacuum cleaning. Hours of work can be flexible to accommodate other commitments but will include at least alternate weekends. Experience in a previous housekeeping role is preferred but not necessary.
