From Tallis to Tom Jones - performance by Cabinet Shuffle on 31.8.24

This Saturday, August 31st they will be at Overy Village Hall at 7.30, tickets are £20 and under 18s free

Cabinet Shuffle has been delighting audiences across Britain for many years with their humour and close harmony musical offering. The six members largely sing a cappella with music ranging from Tallis to Billy Joel or Purcell to Tom Jones.

Venues they have performed at range from The Cannes Music Festival, Blenheim Palace, BBC TV and radio and even village halls.

Music in the Burnhams' Marian Abramovich said: "This Saturday, August 31st they will be at Overy Village Hall at 7.30 and whilst the first half of their programme will be without accompaniment and include items by Tallis Faure Rutter and Sting, the second half will consist of more light heartedly items from musicals such as Sound of Music, Les Miserables and Wizard of Oz and will be joined by Brenda Blewett on piano.
