Five people on Scolthead Island Rescued by RNLI Hovercraft Volunteer Crew

At 5.15pm on Monday UK Coastguard requested the launch of the Hunstanton RNLI Hovercraft in response to reports of five people cut off by the tide on Scolthead Island at Brancaster.
Hunstanton RNLI Hovercraft launched on service and on arrival at Brancaster three males and two females were located. They were taken on board the Hovercraft and landed on the beach into the care of the local coastguard response team.
