Hunstanton Lifeboat helps shrimper with engine failure
At 4.30pm on Friday 10th January the UK Coastguard requested the launch of the Hunstanton RNLI Lifeboat to go to the aid of a fishing vessel with engine failure 3 miles off Hunstanton, with three people on board.
The Hunstanton volunteer lifeboat crew launched on service and proceeded to the area and located the casualty vessel. The lifeboat crew secured a tow and towed the vessel to Kings Lynn.
The Lifeboat left Kings Lynn at 7.50pm and arrived back at station at 8.30pm.
