Family fun and cars galore at Sandringham

The Norfolk Hospice is gearing up for their second Car Show & Family Fun Day taking place on Sunday 1st September from 10am-4pm at Sandringham near the Visitors Centre (PE36 6EH).

People with classic cars or a special vehicle that may be modified, limited edition or a bit unusual are encouraged to register for the Car Show by booking via the Hospice website at a cost of £12 per vehicle.

The event is set to be a brilliant day out for the whole family. In addition to the Car Show there will be lots of other attractions including funfair rides, miniature donkeys, games, face painting, hair braiding, live music, food vendors, a licensed bar and much more. There will also be stallholders selling a wide range of hand crafted items and produce such as jewellery, gin and spirits, children’s clothes, old fashioned sweets, plants, home ware and gifts.

Jessica Walker, Community Fundraiser at The Norfolk Hospice said, “Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers are all looking forward to the Car Show and Family Fun Day. It’s been a lot of hard work but we have been overwhelmed with the amount of interest from the public so far. Entry is free for visitors but people can support the Hospice by making a donation in one of our collection buckets on the day. Every penny raised will go directly towards supporting people and their families in the local community living with life-shortening illnesses. Everyone is welcome so please come along and enjoy the day!”
