The amateur pantomime at Hunstanton Town Hall is the latest victim of the pandemic.

With a planned run of seven performances from 27th December to 30th December the pantomime script was by Emily Atkins whose full-time job is a nurse at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Producer Tony Bishopp announced the sad news this morning saying that the pantomime had been cancelled and safety was their main concern.

After last year's cancellation it was hoped that Cinderella would give people something to look forward to.

Mr Bishopp said: "Tickets can be either refunded or we will donate the funds to charity.

"For more information on refunds please email Hunstantonpantomime@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we possibly can.

"We wish you all the best Christmas possible and a happy and healthy New Year."
