It was a soaring success for Hunstanton and District Round Table this weekend as thousands of people gathered on the cliff top of Hunstanton for their ‘biggest ever’ firework display.
The display was made even more epic with the addition of a laser lightshow choreographed to music, something that has never been done locally before.
Despite high winds and rain threatening to put a dampener on the night earlier in the day, the skies soon cleared and the show could be seen in all of its spectacular glory.
There was no shortage of fun to be had as folks enjoyed entertainment from KLFM DJ Mark Purdy, a huge bonfire, a fun fair and a performance from Mike Tandy’s rock choir.
Refreshments were also on hand courtesy of Round Table’s sister group Hunstanton Ladies Circle.
Hunstanton Fireworks are run annually by volunteers in Hunstanton and District Round Table who each give up their time to give back to the community. Funds raised at the event will go toward local good causes.
Hunstanton and District Round Table said:
“Thank you to everyone that came to enjoy the show and support some fantastic causes. See you all at the Christmas Day swim!”
