Application for new veterinary practice in Dersingham

A planning permission application has been put forward for veterinary services at Jubilee Court, Dersingham.
The building, which previously housed Burrell’s Accountants, is located at 2 Jubilee Court on Hunstanton Road.
The description of the proposal says: “Has been used as an accountants offices and wish to use for veterinary services.”
The application also says there will be one full-time employee and two part-time employees.
The opening hours have been proposed as Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm.
The building is situated next to the existing Boots pharmacy.
The applicant has been listed as a Mr Vogel of The East Anglian Company LTD in Swaffham and the agent as Mr Justin Kirkland at the same address.
They are welcoming comments on the application addressed to Geoff Hall, Executive Director, Environment and Planning at Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn, Norfolk PE30 1EX. The application can be viewed online at www.west-norfolk.gov.uk.
